Its gloomy and rainy outside, kinda reminds me of fall and with fall comes Halloween. So I thought I would post some Halloween ornaments that I made.
The Frog Witch....
She is 6" tall from the tip of her toes to the tip of her hat.
The Evil Clown is 5 1/2" tall from the bottom of the box to the top of his hat. His head and hands are made from clay and painted, as is his little partner in crime, puppet.
The Frog Sorcerer measures 7" tall from the bottom of the box to the tip of his hat. In his hand he's holding a marionette made from a freshly picked pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. The pumpkin is also handmade and handpainted spun cotton.
I purchased this little group of vintage spun cotton Halloween cake picks at one of my favorite antique shops, they are from the 30's 40's.
I'm feeling in the mood to start getting out my Halloween decorations!
Aw...these are all fantastic! What clever and creative soul you are! I like how your characters are outside the norm a bit. Halloweeny to be sure, yet not the usual, expected suspects....that refreshing! And great vintage finds too! :o)
